What are the benefits being a chapter member? ​Plenty! Most meetings feature a speaker discussing new technologies or issues relevant to our profession. You also get to network with security minded folks from our region. There are also financial benefits such as discounts to events such as SecureWorld. Do I have to be a member of (ISC)2 or the chapter to attend a chapter meeting? ​No. We welcome all security professionals to our meetings. Our mission is to share ideas and technology that will keep our data and infrastructure safe and secure. Please come!

Should I Join the chapter? Absolutely! By joining, you help us in our mission to advance information security awareness. In general we ask that you join after attending 2 meetings.

Do I have to be a CISSP to join the chapter? No. Our mission is outreach and and advancing the state of information security. So, we accept students as well as those working in information security for 6 months or more.​

How do I join? Its simple. Fill out our short application form, agree to the (ISC)2 Code of Ethics and pay your annual dues ($40/year for professional, $20/year for student).

I'm an existing member. How do I pay my annual dues? ​The easiest way is to use the paypal link below. You can also bring a check to one of our monthly meetings.
